1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Atlas AI website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Atlas AI provides web design, development, and consulting services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project will be outlined in a separate project agreement or statement of work.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide timely feedback and content as requested
  • Make payments according to the agreed schedule
  • Ensure you have rights to any content or materials you provide
  • Communicate clearly about project requirements and changes

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your project agreement. Typically, we require a deposit before work begins and final payment upon project completion. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will receive ownership of the custom work created for your project. We retain the right to use your completed project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed. Pre-existing materials, templates, and third-party assets remain subject to their respective licenses.

6. Revisions

The number of revision rounds is defined in your project agreement. Additional revisions may be available for an additional fee.

7. Limitation of Liability

Atlas AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment for work completed up to that point.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
